Before you book
How do I pay?
You pay the driver at the end of the journey, by card or in cash. Nothing is paid online. Some remote spots have poor mobile signal, so a little cash is a handy backup.
Will the price change?
No. The price in the booking form is the final price for your journey and party, day or night.
Is my transfer booked as soon as I send the form?
Not quite: you send a request and we confirm by WhatsApp or email, usually very quickly.
How long will the driver wait?
Up to an hour after your flight lands. We track your flight, and if we can reach you we’ll wait longer whenever we can.
What if my flight is late or cancelled?
We follow your flight and move the pick-up time. Please message us too as soon as you know, so everything’s ready when you land.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before the transfer. After that, a cancellation charge may apply.
